Frequently Asked Questions

How do I enroll a new Associate?

There are two ways to enroll a new Associate. The first is by sending them to your replicated web site and they simply click “Join My Team.” The second would be to log into your LifeHub and click on the “Enroll New Associate” button and follow the prompts.

When will I receive my Associate Business Kit?

Associate kits are shipped daily and will ship to you within one business day via FedEx ground delivery.

What are credits?

The LifeShare products are purchased with LifeShare credits and then stored for your convenience in your own LifeShare account. When you want to create a product of LifeShare, simply go into the LifeShare Studio on www.mylifeshare.com and make the product of your choice. It’s that easy and your credits are stored in your account for 12 months, giving you plenty of time to share those memories with anyone you choose. Credits are the commissionable product at LifeShare.

What are PSE Funds?

PSE stands for Postage – Shipping – Expenditures. There are items such as a USPS Stamp that are not commissionable. Because of these items like stamps and shipping, LifeShare has PSE Funds. When you make a product and mail it, the cost of the stamp comes from PSE Funds, not credits. PSE Funds are non-commissionable funds.

How do I buy more Credits or PSE?

To buy more credits or PSE Funds, simply click on the Buy More button at the top right corner of your LifeHub center. You will then be directed to the secure shopping cart where you can purchase additional credits and/or PSE Funds. If you create a card and get to the confirm screen, but don’t have enough credits or PSE; you can buy more from there too! Just click on the Buy More button.

What is my user name?

Your user name is your ID number that you are assigned when joining LifeShare. Your password was also set when you enrolled for the first time. How do I change my password? To change your password, log into the LifeHub and click on the edit profile button. From there you can make any necessary changes to your profile.

What is my replicated website?

When you join LifeShare, as part of the Associate kit you receive a personalized replicated website. This site is commonly used for referring people to your own web address at LifeShare. Your website address is www.mylifeshare.com/ your ID#. You can even personalize your URL through the Edit Profile button. You can also add a picture to your profile that will appear on your replicated site.

Where can I get LifeShare business cards?

LifeShare has a dedicated site for you to make and purchase your own business cards. Simply log into your LifeHub or visit the Associate Toolbox and check out the LifeShop thumbnail to access the LifeShop.

Inside The LifeShare Studio:

As we continue developing the LifeShare Studio, here are some tips to help you with some common card creation questions:

  1. When adding text to your card, each text box will only allow for one font, one font color, one font size, and typically one font variation (e.g. bold or italic). We're working on combining these, but right now, we recommend that for any style, size, or color variations, you create a text box. There is no limit to how many text boxes you can add to your card!

  2. Any image that you upload to the Studio should be a minimum of 200 dpi. Anything below this will risk pixelation and lower the quality. We can't guarantee the appearance of low resolution images when printed. Even a high resolution image when enlarged beyond its original size will lower in resolution and quality.

  3. Your individual file uploads are limited to 6MB each. You will get a warning if you attempt to upload a file larger than this maximum.

  4. Mac users will experience some issues unique to this operating system.
    - When uploading, please leave the original filename and upload only to your "Favorites" folder. Changing any of these default settings will not allow you to upload your photo.

    - When selecting items in a menu, the Mac equivalent to the CTRL key is COMMAND (with the Apple symbol).

    - If you are adding decorations to your card, you will not be able to delete them once placed on the canvas. The workaround for this is to simply drag the decoration off the canvas and it will not appear on your finished card.

  5. If you don't see thumbnail images of your saved cards, they are not lost! Simply click on the blank thumbnail in your list of cards, which opens the card project, then re-save it. It will then appear correctly in your saved files!

Your LifeShare Account

LifeShare offers unlimited storage for your photos, but you must sign up for Auto Ship to activate this feature. Otherwise, your storage limit will be 200MB. This is still a great option, and more than competitors offer (about 50 photos), but we encourage you to purchase the Auto Ship feature and take advantage of this benefit!

Simply setting up your profile in the Back Office does not automatically qualify you for Auto Ship privileges. You need to purchase Item #1003 by selecting My Orders and order the Auto Ship option. A one-time purchase of credits does not qualify you for unlimited storage.

Recommended Browsers

LifeShare supports Internet Explorer and Firefox. We do not recommend using Chrome, as the Card Studio is not fully supported. In addition, please make sure your monitor resolution is set to a minimum of 1200 x 800 to take advantage of the full window size of the Studio.
