Co-Founder & CEO

Michael has spent his entire life in the Network Marketing industry at both the distributor and executive levels. Michael has not only been a recruiter in the MLM industry, but being the former President of another successful MLM company for 4 years, he understands how to operate the company with the best interest of the distributor in mind. His expertise is specific to building a successful organization through competitive compensation plans and recruiting programs. Michael will help build LifeShare into a distributor led company with his almost 15 years experience in the network marketing industry.

Gene Scholes
Co-Founder & COO

Mr. Scholes recently served as Director, Interactive Marketing at AmazingMail.com, a web-to-print Direct Marketing company. He is an expert in ground up e-Commerce & Interactive / Behavioral Marketing Product Development in both Enterprise and Start-Up environments.  He has launched world-class web sites for Cincinnati Bell Yellow Pages and CVS|Caremark and has served in strategic marketing roles for Lexmark International and Shell Oil Company.

Gurpreet Bains
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Bains is a 30-year Information Technology veteran with an outstanding track record of success as an executive and an entrepreneur. His career has evolved from programming and project management to corporate management, sales, marketing and ownership. He founded Computer Information Technology Corp., an IT consulting business that he started in 1987. It provides IT consulting and software development services to companies of all sizes.
